Prices are kept low due to no printed packaging being used. CDs and DVDs are burnt (not pressed) using quality DVD-R media and labels are printed onto the disc directly using water based inkjet inks. Purpose designed soft plastic slimline cases inside padded cardboard mailers are used to ensure your disc arrives safely.

Compatibility with old DVD players.
DVDs may not play properly in older model DVD players, but will work in all recent (post 2002) DVD players and all computers equipped with a DVD drive and good DVD player software (such as WinDVD). Consult your dealer if you have concerns over being able to play a DVD-R in your DVD player. All DVDs are produced using the Australian PAL television standard. They can be played in many newer NTSC and SECAM DVD players and computers worldwide. DVDs are not region coded.

Photo Slideshows - Soundtrack Issues.
Photo slideshows on the DVDs work perfectly on most newer DVD players. Some cheaper players from China, Taiwan and South Korea are not fully compliant with the DVD standard. You may experience gaps in the backing music to the slideshows when played on these DVD players. I apologise if this is the case with your player. The problem should not occur if viewed on your PC, or with more compliant players. This issue does not affect the videos, just the photo slide shows. If this affects you, I can only suggest you turn down the sound if it bothers you.
